THE POSP GOVERNING BOARD, COMPOSED OF EXPERIRNCED EXPERTS FROM ALL RELEVANT INDUSTRIES, WILL MEET WEEKLY TO DETERMINE ALL MATTERS OF BUSINESS TO BE PURSUED AND IMPLEMENTED. IT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE ORGANIZATION PLAN, STRUCTURE, AND MANAGING POSP GOALS.
MANAGEMEANT THEMES WILL BE IMPLEMENTED THREE TIMES A YEAR (CORRESPONDING WITH THE ACADEMIC CHANGE IN TRIMESTER), TO BUILD ADAPTABILITY AND PROMOTE DIFFERENT MANAGEMEANT STYLES. EXAMPLE 1: THERE IS A NEW NARROW-PATH WALKWAY 5 FLOORS ABOVE FROM THE FLOOR TO GET TO GET TO WORK. IT HAS GUARD RAILS AND A NET, BUT IT CHALLENGES CONCERNS OF SAFETY AND PRECISION. THIS WILL TRAIN FOCUS, BRAVERY AND GREATER CONFIDENCE. EXAMPLE 2: ALL EMPLOYEES MUST HAVE A SHORT CONVERSATION WITH EVERYONE THEY MEET. THROUGH POSP RADIO, POSP (A)SCIENCE PARK, AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, THE PUBLIC WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE LATEST RESEARCH IN (A)SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMEANTS FOR SPACE TRAVEL AND LIVING. POSP RADIO PROGRAMMING WILL REPORT ON ACTUAL ENVIRMEANT RESEARCH BEING DONE, NEWS AND DISCUSSION GROUPS, COMMUNITY PLANNING AND CULTURAL DESIGN SHOWS, AND READINGS OF CLASSIC FUTURIST LITERATURE.
POSP WILL ADHERE TO ALL FEDERAL GOVERNMEANT, AND LOCAL GOVERNMEANT REQUIREMEANTS.
WHEN POSP CONSULTS FOR EXPERTISE, POSP WILL CHARGE FEES ACCORDING TO CONTRACTED SERVICES. POSP MAY ALSO CONTRACT FOR TRAINING, SERVICES OR MATERIALS, AND WILL PAY ACCORDINGLY.
POSP ADMISSION REQUIREMEANTS WILL BE 2+ YEARS OF UNDER GRADUATE ACADEMIC STUDY OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE. THE TYPICAL POSP STUDENT WILL BE 20 OR OVER AND HAVE ENOUGH APPLIED WORK TO HAVE FOCI AND TO KNOW WHAT THEY WANT TO DO IN LIFE. STANDARDS OF TESTING WILL BE USED TO ASSESS INTERESTS, QUALIFICATIONS, MATURITY, WORK ABILITY, INTEGRITY, INITIATIVE AND MOTIVATION. POSP WILL RUN A TRIMESTER SYSTEM: 10 WEEKS OF CLASSES, 1 WEEK OF FINALS, WITH 5 WEEKS IN BETWEEN. ALL STUDENTS WILL CARRY 20 CREDIT HOURS, AND 20 HOURS OF WORK A WEEK. THE ACADEMIC WEEK WILL RUN MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY. WORK WILL RUN FROM FRIDAY TO SUNDAY WITH ONE DAY OFF. THE STUDENT WILL FOCUS ON BUILDING KNOW-HOW, DEDICATION, REPORE WITH POSP, AND JOB SKILL SETS. THE TEACHING STAFF WILL BE COMPRISED OF TRAINED INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS, AND PAID $100/HOUR FOR CLASSES TAUGHT. SOME CLASSES MAY BE SHARED AND THE WAGES ADJUSTED. ALL CLASSES WILL BE AUDITED BY ANOTHER INSTRUCTOR TO INSURE QUALITY OF TEACHING AND INFORMATION.
